📌 Cancellation Policy

• 
  All orders are custom-made.

• Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled or changed.

• Please double-check your design, size, color, quantity, and delivery details before confirming the order.

• For special bulk orders, partial advance payment may be non-refundable.

🔁 Return Policy

• 
  Since all items are custom printed, returns are not accepted for customer errors (wrong size, wrong color, or incorrect design approval).

• If there is a printing defect or production error, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• Verified defective items will be replaced or a refund issued at the discretion of T-Shirt Chapai.

  Slight color variations may occur due to fabric type or screen differences.

• T-Shirt Chapai is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping/courier services.
